Atomic Heart

New game, ‘Atomic Heart’ shows a world gone mad

Woo boy, here’s a pleasant surprise This Guy wasn’t expecting. As an intensely loving fan of Bioshock, Fallout, and Metro, this trailer just tickles his fancy in all the right places. From relatively new developer, Mundfish, Atomic Heart gives us a glimpse into a pretty twisted world of dark corridors, genetic experiments, and things generally going bump in the night.

A first person shooter set in an alternate universe where the Soviet Union is at the height of its power, our protagonist is tasked with investigating Facility 3826. The super secret facility is home to the ominous artifact, the Atomic Heart. Our protagonist must delve into the Soviet installation, try and find the heart, and get out alive. Only problem? There’s more than a few dangerous projects lurking about in the shadows.

Boasting great visuals, and solid looking terror, especially from such a new developer, Atomic Heart definitely shows promise, and may just be worth the hype its trailer induces.

This Guy

Who likes movies? This Guy! Who has way too much to say, and lacks the mental focus, or appropriate filters necessary to express himself in an acceptable fashion? This guy! Oh, and something about two thumbs.
